Bao Stop @ Night Noodle Markets

The Top Line: Decent – but personally prefer Belly Bao more πŸ™‚

Caught Bao Stop at the Night Noodle Markets 2015 at Hyde Park (yes, I know, late post much hahahaha…). After having tried Belly Bao and really enjoying it, we decided to check this one out.

So for those who are new to this concept, it is basically soft Asian steamed bun, wrapped around some filling with some nice sauce. It’s a fusion food and it’s oh so simple and good.

The Trifecta – Pork belly, crispy chicken and duck!

We got the trifecta because why not! I liked the pork belly one the best, followed by duck (tasted a bit like peking duck) and then lastly crispy chicken (not too much of a fan of the salad element). Pork belly will forever have a special place in my heart (stomach) – because food is where the love is yay!

Do you want some? πŸ˜‰

However, I did find I enjoyed Belly Bao a bit more, and that is more accessible because it’s always there, unlike this pop up stall.

Dammit I really want to try the peking duck fries they also had. I heard that was the bomb – til next time, I guess!
