Zeus Street Greek makes Greek food accessible, quick and delicious! If you’re in a hurry, or just want a quick meal for one then grab a pita wrap but if you’ve got a bit more time, I highly recommend the Spartan Box or Feast for 2.
We opted for a Feast for 2 (between three people – shh, don’t tell them!). It comes with a choice of meat, salad, a side, pilaf rice, pita bread and tzatziki. We chose their Signature Lamb, the Aegan slaw salad and the feta and oregano fries.
The lamb was really really good! It was well seasoned and very tender. The serving of slaw was massive. I would’ve liked some sultanas in it but the slaw was fresh and crisp. I loved their pita bread, which was fresh, soft (but also sort of chewy, if you know what I mean), warm and a tad sweet. The pilaf rice had a really nice flavour to it and worked well on its own or with the meat. The fries was very interesting. The feta was nice, but the fries were too soft and mushy. Don’t get me wrong, they weren’t those horrible dry fries – they were pretty good, just not crunchy.
I really enjoyed my meal at Zeus Street Greek and would definitely be returning to try their pita wraps.
